para marun pc sa safe mode w/out restart:

procedure:
1. press start menu
2. choose run menu
3. type in "msconfig"
4. press ok
5. go to "boot.ini"
6. check "safe boot"
7. press ok
pc is now running in safe mode

note:
dapat meron system restore point para kung sakali magkamali kyo during operation sa safe mode pwede ibalik sa dati bgo kyo mag safe mode
